About the Role

As a Carpentry Supervisor, you will carry out a variety of maintenance, repair, and installation tasks across our property portfolio. You will work closely with our property managers and other trades to ensure that all works are completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate carpentry works across various property sites
  • Conduct inspections and ensure workmanship meets company and industry standards
  • Assign daily tasks, monitor progress, and support the team with training and guidance
  • Liaise with property managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to plan and execute repairs, refurbishments, and new installations
  • Maintain stock levels, order materials, and ensure tools and equipment are used properly
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety legislation and company procedures
  • Provide hands-on support for advanced carpentry works as needed
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a carpenter in residential or commercial property settings
  • Strong knowledge of building materials, joinery, and woodworking techniques
  • Ability to read technical drawings and plans
  • Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Ability to manage, motivate, and train a team effectively
